 U.S. government program that helps households stay connected with broadband service and internet connected devices. You might qualify for up to $30/month discount on internet service, one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer (with a co-payment ​of more than $10 but less than $50)

VPK 2022-2023 Application Now Open

1) Apply for a Certificate of Eligibility through the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia​

2) Complete Volusia County Schools Early Learning Parent Interview from the link below. 

​3) Upon review of Parent Interview & Parent Agreement, parents will receive an email from the VCS Early Learning office to schedule an appointment with registrar at the school site. 

For your appointment with registrar you should bring the following items:

  • Original Certificate of Eligibility Voucher issued by the Early Learning Coalition
  • Original birth certificate
  • 2 Proofs of residency
  • Current shot record (Florida Form 680)
  • ​Current physical record (Florida Physical Form 3040)​
